For 4 year oldse secondary school, history, mathematics and science exams will take place on February 5, 8 and 9 respectively. The French as a second language and English as a second language courses will take place from January 29 to February 7, depending on the test.

Students who were unable to take the French exam, language of instruction, in December will be able to do so on January 22.

At primary level, young people enrolled in a specific English educational project will be tested in French from January 22, and in mathematics from the 30th.

Bernard Drainville will announce next Tuesday a catch-up plan for students who missed a month of school due to the strike by the Common Front and the Autonomous Education Federation. It will then be possible to know if any educational days will be canceled by the end of the school year.

At the end of December, a few days before submitting a proposed settlement to the unions, Mr. Drainville affirmed that he had “not yet made a final decision on the school calendar.”
