The National Rally launched its campaign for the European elections on Sunday March 3 in Marseille. Marine Le Pen and Jordan Bardella targeted Emmanuel Macron, who is said to be responsible for the “great erasure” of France.

Accompanied by Marine Le Pen, Jordan Bardella launched the National Rally (RN) campaign for the European elections, Sunday March 3, in Marseille (Bouches-du-Rhône). For the occasion, the far-right party is adorning itself with a new slogan: “France is coming back.” In his speech, the head of the RN targeted Emmanuel Macron by accusing him of wanting to dissolve France into a federal Europe. “Basically, what our leaders and the European Union have brought about hand in hand is the great erasure of France.” assures Jordan Bardella.

A green deal and a migration pact

For his campaign, he designates two pillars. The green pact, accused of weakening farmers, and a migration pact. Jordan Bardella argues that he wishes to establish a double border which would represent “double security for the people of Europe“. He is the head of the RN list for the European elections, and Marine Le Pen will symbolically occupy the last place. The far-right party is now planning around ten public meetings for the next three months of campaign.
