Thursday May 16, Marine Le Pen spoke out in favor of a fourth referendum in New Caledonia. Fabrice Leggeri, candidate for the European elections and spokesperson for the National Rally (RN), is on the 19/20 set to react to this announcement. “The last days and weeks have shown an exacerbation of a certain number of tensions in New Caledonia. I believe that Marine Le Pen has demonstrated her sense of responsibility. The national gathering is keen to guarantee the national unity and that goes for New Caledonia”he justifies.

The objective is therefore, according to the RN candidate, “to reach a global consensus”which covers “the institutional and economic aspects of New Caledonia”. According to Fabrice Leggeri, “governing involves having realistic positions”.
