The Montreal Francos program revealed with Marie-Annick Lépine at the opening

The programming of the 35e version of the Francos of Montreal was unveiled on Tuesday. The festival, which will take place from June 14 to 22, will notably feature Eddy de Pretto, the group Karkwa and Pomme.

It is Marie-Annick Lépine, member of the group Les Cowboys Fringants and spouse of the late Karl Tremblay, who will open the festival on the Bell Stage by performing songs from her third solo album, entitled Between Beaurivage and L’Ange-Gardien.

The Francos’ free outdoor programming also includes rapper Souldia, the Quebec group Redneck Bluegrass Project and Philippe Brach.

The festival will also present a show featuring French-speaking R&B on June 22, which will feature Corneille, Les Louanges, Barnev, Zaho, Vacra, Rau_Ze, Yellowstraps, Naomi, Naïma Frank and Shah Frank.

Guylaine Tanguay, Gab Bouchard and Pierre Kwenders are also among the headliners of the outdoor programming.

Among the shows offered indoors, we include those of Aliocha Schneider at Club Soda, Francis Cabrel at Salle Wilfrid-Pelletier, Lary Kidd at Foufounes Électriques and Marilou at the Cinquième salle at Place des arts.
