He created space by escaping Mike Matheson before scoring with a wrist shot from the heart of the opposing zone.

Kyrou scored at 1:24 before Slafkovsky responded at 4:01.
Early in the game, Schenn took a puck from behind the goal and directed it to the left mouth, where Kyrou scored his second goal this season.
The very first pick in the 2022 draft, Slafkovsky created the deadlock with his first goal of the campaign.
