Beaten 2-0 in the first leg in Braga, the Monegasques had complicated the task of aiming for qualification in the quarter-finals of the Europa League. At home, the principality’s players were held to a 1-1 draw on Thursday 17 March. A result that does not allow them to catch up. At the very end of the match, Axel Disasi responded to Abel Ruiz’s opener, while the Monegasque attackers had been muzzled until then. SC Braga therefore qualifies for the next round of the Europa League.
