“The Minister of the Interior is a pathological liar and it is starting to become frankly worrying”, launches Jordan Bardella on Tuesday May 31 on France Inter. The president of the National Rally reacts to the incidents that took place at the Stade de France on Saturday evening during the Champions League final between Liverpool and Real Madrid.

Pointed out by the British after the Champions League final at the Stade de France, the French authorities continue to refer responsibility for the fiasco across the Channel, again calling into question a “massive counterfeit fraud” Liverpool supporters.

“To continue in denial, to explain that the person responsible for the scenes of chaos and disorder (…) is the ticket office, that is to say to go and risk a diplomatic incident with Great Britain, rather than risking it with Seine-Saint-Denis – whose reactions we are obviously afraid of – I find that deeply worrying”adds the far-right MEP.

“They are unable to ensure the safety of the French“, still denounces Jordan Bardella. “In truth, the scenes of raids, vandalism, looting which are attributable to gangs of young people who came from the neighboring cities of Seine-Saint-Denis (…) and which demonstrate France’s inability to organize a sporting event, this is the report of the Minister of the Interior”assures Jordan Bardella. “France is the laughingstock of the world.”

The president of the RN relays information from a Mediapart article, which reports the remarks of a high-ranking gendarmerie, according to whom “the declarations of the Minister of the Interior are delusional”. Jordan Bardella assures that the “almost all of those in custody are Algerians, Moroccans, people who are linked to immigration, who had nothing to do that evening around the stadium”. “Including unaccompanied minors who came from Porte de la Chapelle to come and loot and come and organize vandalism on supporters’ cars and on the supporters themselves.”
