Agnès Firmin Le Bodo, Minister of Health, was heard on Tuesday, January 9, during a free hearing, as part of an investigation opened for undeclared gifts, France Télévisions learned from the Le Havre prosecutor, confirming information from BFMTV. She was heard in the premises of the regional directorate of the economy, employment, labor and solidarity of Rouen (Seine-Maritime), by investigators from the judicial police and the general directorate of competition, of consumption and the repression of fraud, responsible for investigations.

Since the publication of an investigation by Mediapart on December 21, Agnès Firmin Le Bodo is suspected of having accepted, when she was a pharmacist in Le Havre, gifts from Urgo laboratories between 2015 and 2020, for a total value of 20,000 euros.
