Quiet, Eric Dupond-Moretti will not say a word when leaving court on Wednesday, November 29. “The Court of Justice of the Republic came to say that for three years, he had been unfairly accused”, indicates Me Jacqueline Laffont, his lawyer. There CJR recognize materially that an illegal taking of interests has indeed taken place, but does not retain the intentional element. This decision is contested by several associations, who call into question a partial suspended jurisdiction. Eric Dupond-Moretti was received at the Élysée by Emmanuel Macron. Élisabeth Borne was delighted with this decision, allowing her Minister of Justice to continue her action within the government.
