In The middle Empire, Guillaume Canet embodies the little mustachioed Gaul, alongside Gilles Lellouche, chosen to play his friend Obélix. In this film, the first live-action Asterix film since For Her majesty by Laurent Tirard in 2012, our two heroes, accompanied by their faithful dog Dogmatix, travel to China to free the Empress, overthrown by a traitorous prince.
