The menu of the new Bistro at the Grand Hôtel de Saint-Etienne

Nestled on the ground floor of the old historic building, the Bistro of the Grand hotel of Saint-Etienne, opened on January 18th.

New location, new boss, new art decor atmosphere and new menu… Everything is new at the Bistrot du Grand Hôtel.

A former student of Joël Robuchon, Michel Thevenin had three restaurants in Le Puy en Velay before settling in St Etienne.

A lover of real bistros, Michel tells us about his passion, his menu and the confit pork cheek recipe.
