At 3 and a half years old, Cléo was hit by a car. Seriously injured, she had one of her legs amputated. Her meeting with Pauline Déroulède, French wheelchair tennis champion, changed her life.

At 12 years old, Cléo managed to ski with one leg. Her mother, Delphine, was also an amputee, but can ski on both legs thanks to a prosthesis. Nine years earlier, they were shopping in the Croix market (North), when an octogenarian lost control of her vehicle. Then aged 3 and a half, Cléo almost lost her life. She and her mother were seriously injured. To walk with her prosthesis, Cléo still needs two physiotherapy sessions per week.
