The match between Lille and FC Lorient, scheduled for Saturday January 8 at 5 p.m., was postponed to a later date by the Professional Football League, Thursday January 6. The Morbihan club, affected by many cases of Covid-19, is unable to play the meeting.
On Wednesday, Lorient deplored twelve cases of Covid in its workforce. The Merlus evoked on Thursday a “significant number of players tested positive “, without further details. The new date of the meeting remains to be determined.
The LOSC-FC Lorient meeting will not take place this Saturday at 5:00 p.m. and will be postponed to a later date.

Eliminated from the Coupe de France in December, Lorient has still not resumed training. The players of Christophe Pelissier, 19th in Ligue 1, will have to at least wait for the reception of Angers, on January 16, to resume competition. Lille, for its part, was eliminated from the Cup by Lens on penalties (2-2, 3-4 on tabs) on Tuesday.
