This is a great first and a new adventure ahead for Clément Davy. The 23-year-old rider from the Groupama-FDJ team will start the Tour of Italy which starts in Budapest (Hungary) this Friday, May 6. This is the first time that the Mayenne from Fougerolles-du-Plessis has taken part in a Grand Tour. His mission will be to support sprinter Arnaud Démare. The two riders are used to working together on races.
This season, Clément Davy notably participated in Milan-San Remo (150th) and Paris-Roubaix (retirement). The Mayennais has not run since his fall on April 17th.
