Winner of New Zealand (40-25) Saturday at the Stade de France, the XV of France has fulfilled a major objective.

“We had checked off this meeting as being a true date”, said Fabien Galthié, after the historic victory of his players (40-25) against the All Blacks, Saturday, November 20, at the Stade de France. The French coach, two years before the World Cup which will take place in France and which will start with a match against New Zealand, knew very well the importance of this meeting.

He also recognized that the famous revival of Romain Ntamack, at the hour mark, had “returned the players to the place”. After now twenty games spent at the head of this XV of France, Fabien Galthié will certainly consider this success as one of the most striking in his history in blue.
