France Bleu, in partnership with Ardoiz, creates the event and organizes its market tour, from September 24 to October 23, 2022 to highlight short circuits and local know-how. At each stage, meet our teams at the heart of the market, with a studio and a kitchen for 2h30 of live broadcast.
This Saturday, October 8, France Bleu Alsace awaits you in the heart of the Saint Joseph market in Colmar, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., with Jonathan Wahl, for a program highlighting the products of our Lorraine region and local producers. With a challenge to Thony Billon, chef of the restaurant “Les Grands Arbres” in The Green Valley in Munster : cooking live and only with ingredients purchased on site! With 30 euros, he will have to do his shopping and make a starter-main course-dessert menu for 6 people.
