France Bleu, in partnership with Ardoiz, creates the event and organizes its market tour, from September 24 to October 23, 2022 to highlight short circuits and local know-how. At each stage, meet our teams at the heart of the market, with a studio and a kitchen for 2 hours of live broadcasting.

This Friday, October 21, France Bleu Champagne-Ardenne awaits you in the heart of the Halles du Boulingrin in Reims, between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m., with Grégory Duchatel, for a program highlighting the products of our Champagne region and local producers. With a challenge to Katia Gribet, food blogger : cooking live and only with ingredients purchased on site! With 30 euros, she will have to do her shopping and make a starter-main course-dessert menu for 6 people.

Who is Katia Gribet? Katia is a mother (3 boys) and lives in Saint-Euphraise-et-Clairizet, in the Champagne vineyards (about ten kilometers from Reims). Passionate about cooking, she runs a blog: katiaaupaysdesgourmands.fr where she offers her many recipes. She has been working regularly on France Bleu Champagne-Ardenne since 2015. Since 2019, she has made her passion a profession in its own right. She is a home chef for individuals and gives cooking lessons, particularly at Zodio store of Reims.
