Sébastien Gitton is with chef Philippe Mille, two-star chef at Le Parc restaurant, Domaine les Crayères in Reims for a special live broadcast from the Boulingrin market in Reims from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Together they will first go to the market, then the chef will take over the mobile kitchen specially made available to him, with the help of two auditors, to meet the challenge of the day. The ACPB (Association of Boulingrin Traders and Producers) was created in 2012 by a core group of traders and producers present at Boulingrin in order to highlight the quality products offered to customers of the Boulingrin market and to bring this market to life. Marlet.
Les Halles du Boulingrin hosts the covered market in the city center three times a week: Wednesday (7am-1pm), Friday (7am-1pm and 4pm-8pm) and Saturday (6am-2pm). An organic market has also taken place in Les Halles on Friday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
