Frédéric Viallet is with chef David Ciré, home caterer for a special live broadcast from Place Jean-Paul II in Metz from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Together they will first go to the market, then the chef will invest in the mobile kitchen specially made available to him, to meet the challenge of the day. With 30 euros, he will have to:
- prepare a meal for 6/8 people live, in front of you, with starter, main course and dessert
- by including two dairy products
After this preparation, people present in the market will be able to taste the result.
