The market tour

The market tour of France Bleu stops at Cherbourg on Thursday September 29. Live from the fully equipped food truck, the chef of the redneck 2, Michael Enot prepared a meal (starter – main course – dessert) for 6 people with a budget of 30 euros, with products bought on the market the same morning.

The meal prepared by Mickaël:

  • Cauliflower velouté with cauliflower pickles
  • Red mullets with vadouvan butter sauce (traditional spice mix)
  • Pears with chocolate cream
