The Marengo dairy, an urban dairy

Since July 8 in Bayonne, 5 rue Marengo in little Bayonne has been home to an unexpected activity, a dairy.

On 100 M2, in the heart of the city of Bayonne, Laurent Gonthier and Romain Plateau value the dairy production of the Basque country, 800 liters each week from Urcuit.

To discover the good taste of mozzarella, burrata or even stracciatella, but also yoghurts, fromage blanc, and other delicacies.
