It is the musician Fidel Fourneyron who is at the origin of the formation of this ensemble. He is artist in residence at the Jazz sous les Pommiers festival in Coutances, and at the end of the pandemic last year, he responded to a system set up by the Normandy region to help the employment of Norman musicians.
La Manzana Orquesta offers a repertoire with South American flavor, with compositions by Fidel Fourneyron, but also classics tinged with rumba or cumbia.
