The man who killed his 53-year-old neighbor on Wednesday March 27 in Mandeure (Doubs), near Montbéliard, was indicted on Friday March 29 for murder, France Bleu Belfort-Montbéliard reported this Saturday.

The 32-year-old Mandubian admitted to having “cut throat” from his neighbor Wednesday evening. The accused admitted during his custody that he could no longer stand the noise, the music and the incessant comings and goings of his neighbor. He then went to the fifty-year-old’s house and rushed at him, hit him in the face, before slitting his throat. The police arrested him a few minutes after the incident. Placed in police custody, he admitted the facts, “as if this act was a relief”said the prosecutor.

Although he quickly confessed while in police custody, the man remained silent before the judges on Friday. A psychiatric assessment must be carried out soon.
