Three weeks after the magistrates’ platform and two days before a new day of mobilization, he defended the record of his ministry since 2017.
The minister notably announced the increase in the number of court auditors and the creation of psychological cells for magistrates and clerks. “It was an exercise in self-satisfaction”, corn “justice is not repaired and reality must be told and reminded to politicians”, according to Ludovic Friat, who speaks of a “incendiary firefighter attitude”.

The mobilization planned for this Wednesday, December 15 therefore aims to “get out of communication postures”. The magistrates hope “mark this administration to get to the bottom of it”, concluded Ludovic Friat.
