The longest firefighter ladder in North America assembled in Quebec!

The longest firefighter ladder in North America was assembled in Quebec. The operation took place precisely in Saint-François-du-Lac, in Center-du-Québec, and the end result was delivered to the fire department in Toronto.

When deployed, the ladder can reach a height of 70 meters (231 feet), the equivalent of a 20-story building. This is double the ladders that normally equip firefighting services in Quebec.

Finnish-made and assembled in Quebec, this ladder cost the Toronto fire department nearly $ 3 million.

Computer controlled ladder arm guidance, nacelle equipped with jets; nothing has been left to chance to ensure the safety of firefighters.
