The Salon de l’Agriculture is held in Paris from February 26 to March 2, 2022, at Porte de Versailles. It is the meeting place for all farmers who come from all over France. We (re)discover the products of our region but we also admire the most beautiful animals. This year, forty limousines were selected. Meeting with passionate breeders in Corrèze.
At four years old, Odieuse, a cow with character, will take part in her first Agricultural Show, from February 26 to March 6. It is one of the forty limousines selected out of 150 animals from the region. She is the pride of her owner, Laurent Hilaire. To be the most beautiful in Paris, Odieuse is entitled to the hairdresser every day. A brushing that allows him to accentuate his imposing stature before D-Day.
In 2022, the family Lair participates in its 18th show, good publicity for the farm. “It’s a job that is not easy, it’s not easy every day. (…) To be able to bring our animals to the general competition in Paris, it’s a huge satisfaction”confides Laurent Lair. In other farms in Corrèze, it is the same ritual of pampering so that the animals are irreproachable before the big mass.
