Nominations are open for the next Lauriers de la gastronomie québécoise gala, which will be held on Monday, May 27 at New City Gas.
Professionals in the food industry are invited to nominate their colleagues until March 8 so that the process of choosing finalists can begin.
These will be chosen in equal parts by the jury and by the Brigade des Lauriers, which now numbers more than 7,000 people.
Chaired by Perle Morency (Côté Est), winner of the Laurier for best service in 2023, the jury is composed of Jean-François Archambault (La tablée de chefs), Reagan Steinberg (Arthur’s Nosh Bar), Ariane Paré LeGal (Gourmet Sauvage), Sophie Ginoux (journalist), Stéphanie Laurin (Montreal Tourism) and Odette Chaput (Terroirs and flavors).
Seventeen prizes will be awarded this year, in the same categories as last year.
