The first lots for the new BESIDE Habitat project in Outaouais have recently been put up for sale.
Located in Notre-Dame-de-la-Salette, this project will revolve around market gardening. The 750-acre site will include between 40 and 50 private and rental chalets of one to three bedrooms, designed by the architects of Nature Humaine, 20 accommodation units pods as well as a protected territory.

Twenty lots of approximately two acres have so far been put up for sale, starting at $149,000. Construction of the chalets, with prices starting at $600,000, is expected to begin in the fall. The project is BESIDE’s second destination after Lanaudière.
