The Kremlin declared on Thursday December 7 “hope” that American elected officials were going to decide against the payment of new aid to Ukraine, still engaged in its fight against the Russian invasion. The American Congress failed, Wednesday, to make progress on the release of a large envelope of more than 106 billion dollars (around 98.3 billion euros), insistently demanded by President Joe Biden, including funds for both for Ukraine and for Israel.
