The Knights of the Blight are back on C8 for their new show “Mamie d’enfer”

Les Chevaliers du Fiel, a flagship comic duo (formerly trio) composed of Éric Carrière and Francis Ginibre, can be found this Friday November 4 at 9:10 p.m. on C8 for their new show Granny from hell. A show recounting the misadventures of the Lamberts, a dysfunctional couple who share their roof with a lucky granny. A play that addresses all the themes of boulevard theater, whether adultery, amnesia, misunderstandings, marital arguments, mothers-in-law or even the crisis in the public hospital.

The show will be followed by the documentary The crazy story of the Knights of Biel, the opportunity to trace the incredible journey of the duo which, since the mid-90s, has met with immense success in the theater. He notably filled prestigious Parisian halls such as the Grévin Theater in 1996, the Palais des Glaces in 1997, the Casino de Paris in 1998 and the Olympia in 1999. Not to mention their successful broadcasts on Sud Radio and Rires & Chansons.

Lou and Clara’s fathers will also have the success they deserve in the cinema, thanks to the films Family dinnersadapted from their eponymous play, followed by Municipalities in 2018 and by The Municipalities, enough is enough in 2019. They will also have exploded the audiences on C8 thanks to their shows Hell Works, Hell Cruise and Hell’s Christmasattracting respectively 1.2 million, 1.8 million and 2.26 million viewers. “For five years we have been the comedians who sell the most tickets in France. Our programs on C8 are a hit“, observed Éric Carrière in the pages of TV Star in 2019. This new show Granny from hellis therefore an opportunity for Michel Drucker’s friends to aim even higher!
