Xan Trécu has been at the head of the Trinquet restaurant in Villefranque for 6 years. Here he prepares a beautiful traditional cuisine based on fresh products in short circuits like the beef and pork breeder of Villefranque as well as the market gardener of the village.
Every lunchtime the Eskularia restaurant offers a menu at 14 euros (soup + starter + main course + dessert + wine + coffee), with daily suggestions. The chef also offers take-out menus (dish + dessert) at 7.50 euros. Dinner is served there on Friday and Saturday evenings in a warm atmosphere.
