A modern and generous vision of gastronomy
Passionate about cooking and good products, Gwenaelle Farcy wanted to first put her recipes on paper to share her love of good cooking. Then confinement obliges, she created a Youtube channel – La Cuisine de Gwen – to keep in touch with the rest of the world and optimize her time by sharing her recipes. The mayonnaise took, “Gwen” loved this concept and now has nearly a hundred videos under her belt.
A new project closer to producers
For her second book, Gwenaelle went as close as possible to those who offer good things: the producers. She selected four regions and naturally chose our beautiful land of the Landes as a destination! We will find in this next book, portraits of local producers and recipes revisited with our good regional products!
