He counterattacks. The journalist from Point, Aziz Zemouri, author of the article which wrongly implicated the couple of LFI deputies Raquel Garrido and Alexis Corbière, filed a complaint for breach of trust, learned France Télévisions, Wednesday June 29. The latter aims namely two people: former UDI deputy Jean-Christophe Lagarde and Anouar Bouhadjela, a former territorial intelligence policeman.
In his complaint, Aziz Zemouri implicates Jean-Christophe Lagarde by arguing that at the outbreak of the controversy, the latter had tweeted “remarks” that the journalist had “only held by” of the policeman on the alleged blocking of the article. Jean-Christophe Lagarde’s tweet has since been deleted.
Very rare fact, the article had been removed from the site of the weekly the day after its publication. And the director of Point, Etienne Gernelle, had recognized mistakes and lapses in caution
, in a message on Twitter and on the weekly’s website.
In a message to AFP, Jean-Christophe Lagarde said his “astonishment” of this filing of a complaint and specified that he expected “to learn about it in order to react if necessary”.
In a video posted on his Facebook page, Noam Anouar categorically denies the accusations of the journalist from Point and deny being “the author of the conspiracy” aimed at the two chosen ones. “They are trying to make me the ideal culprit in the Corbière-Garrido affair”he regretted.
