Elsa Marie Savarino, known as Zazou, is at the head of the spiela restaurant and bar where, as in Italy, people like to chat and eat well.

In the kitchen, even if she loves all the flavors that make you travel, one of Zazou’s preferences comes from her origins: pasta.
