In November 2023, an inmate calls his mother and the conversation turns to the Jubillar affair. The mother indicates that the investigating judges will refer Cédric Jubillar to an Assize Court. “But there is no proof. And Sofiane, Sébastien and Mathieu, they don’t know them”replies the inmate. “Ah! If they knew”exclaims the mother.
