The Macron bonus is doubled for employees

Negotiations between the management of Leroy Merlin and the intersyndical also make it possible to increase the Macron premium from 100 to 200 euros for employees. For the management, thanks to this increase in the state bonus: “our employees will benefit from an increased salary of more than 1000 euros. ”

Finally, the management of the DIY brand is committed to putting in place next March an observatory to recalculate the increase in wages according to inflation.
