They want to obtain new negotiations on salaries or the staffing of the public hospital. The three signatory hospital unions of the “Ségur de la santé” – FO, CFDT, Unsa – announced on Friday, September 2, “a day of mobilization” September 27, with strike notice.
After the CGT-Santé day of action on September 22, scheduled for the beginning of the summer, the inter-union FO-CFDT-Unsa “retained the date of Tuesday, September 27”. “A common strike notice will be filed so that agents can locally support this movement”, add the three unions in a press release.
The unions, judging that “the ministerial and governmental responses are not likely to improve the situation” of hospital workers, intend at the same time to turn to Parliament, “asking to be received” by the President of the National Assembly and the President of the Senate.
