So, for me, I only wish myself for 2024 to stay upright and move forward as best I can, to you I wish you the best and above all take care of yourself, while making the most of your loved ones” declared the young woman in a rather worrying message, during which she revealed that she was on SSRI to overcome this life challenge : “I’m ending the year in this depressed state (…) I don’t know how I’m going to get out of this whirlwind but I’m going to do it (…) It’s good to get help. I was absolutely against the idea until I really hit rock bottom. With the support of my husband, I went to see a psychiatrist, and I am now being treated with antidepressants.. There’s no shame in getting help.”
