Health authorities reported Wednesday 3,425 hospitalizations linked to COVID-19 in Quebec, an increase of eight compared to the previous day. Of these, 285 patients are in intensive care, four less.
Quebec also reports 88 additional deaths from the disease and officially lists 6,123 new cases of COVID-19.
Since the start of the pandemic, 812,419 infections have been reported, and 12,541 of them have proven fatal.
