“The Prefect of Police seizes the General Inspectorate of the National Police for the purpose of establishing the circumstances in which the facts shown” in a video posted on Twitter “have happened”, tweeted the Paris police headquarters on Tuesday, April 19. The video, shot in Blanc-Mesnil in Seine-Saint-Denis, shows a man, presented as a policeman, struggling with another man in the lobby of a building.
The entrance to the building is guarded by several people, including one equipped with handcuffs on his belt and LBD in his hand, to prevent people from entering. For now, the date and location of the filming of the video are not known.
