An investigation for violence by a person holding public authority that did not cause an ITT day was entrusted to the Lyon branch of the IGPN, the general inspectorate of the national police, communicated, Saturday April 1 , the Lyon prosecutor’s office at BFMTV.

This seizure of the “police of the police” follows the broadcast of a video published Friday, March 31 by the Lyon Insurrection Twitter account, which presents itself as an “alternative and independent media of the Lyon region”. It would have been filmed Thursday, in Lyon, on the sidelines of a rally in support of the “victims of police violence” of Sainte-Soline, in Deux-Sèvres, where a demonstration took place, on March 25, against a project of controversial “mega-basin”.

In the video, we see a man on the ground, in the middle of the street, who seems to have his sweater ripped off by a police officer during an altercation with the latter. You can clearly see his pants down when he gets up.
