August 23, 2012 marks a very sad day in the French television world. It was on this date that Jean-Luc Delarue, emblematic figure of the small screen, died at the age of 48 following stomach and peritoneal cancer. In addition to thousands of viewers devastated by the death of the host, the latter left behind him a grieving widow, but also a 6-year-old son, born of a previous union with Elisabeth Bost. Saddened by the disappearance of the father of her little boy, the journalist very quickly embarked on a legal battle against Anissa Delarue, wife of Jean-Luc Delarue. The goal ? Recover the legacy of the star of “It’s discussed”. A very important heritage which allowed the child to amass a pretty small fortune.
A legacy of 22 million euros
On August 17, the magazine Ici Paris devoted an article to the legacy of Jean-Luc Delarue. According to information from our colleagues, the amount of it was estimated at 22 million euros. And this, without counting an apartment located rue Bonaparte in Paris as well as a house in Sauzon, in Morbihan, but also works of art and shares of Reservoir Prod. On the death of the host, this colossal sum would then have been divided into two equal parts between the widow of the presenter and his only son. However, the young Jean would have been taxed at 45% in inheritance tax. A real disappointment for his mother who therefore tried everything for everything while trying to have the last marriage of her ex canceled… In vain.
Despite this tax, the son of Jean-Luc Delarue would have received 6 million euros. Last December, we learned through the program “Héritages”, broadcast on NRJ12, that the estate of Jean-Luc Delarue was finally ” settled “. ” Reservoir Prod was sold for 14 million euros. The apartments are valued at 8 million euros. Therefore, we have a total of 22 million euros “, it was explained. A nice sum!
