The House of Renovation goes to meet the Brennous

Everything most often starts with an observation: a badly insulated old house where it is cold in winter. But once the fact has been established, many find themselves helpless: what work to start? What help are you eligible for? Who to carry out the work?

To help the Brennous in this situation, a public service has existed for a year. The advisers of the renovation house help owners wishing to start work to make a diagnosis, file a case for assistance financial resources and refer them to certified professionals. “The inhabitants of the Brenne Natural Park are particularly in need of this service: on average, in France, the houses date from 1959. In Brenne, the median construction date is 1890“explains Maxime Morabito, advisor to the House of Renovation.

The House of Renovation helps to all owners, whether it is a principal residence, rental accommodation or even a gîte. “We can go on site to study the best solutions, the most adapted to the project, and then help to compile the file for aid. We are here to reassure you about the cost of the work too. Because there is always a solution” insists Maxime Morabito.

To be closer to the Brennous, the House of Renovation, whose premises are at Le Blanc, begins a tour. Advisors will thus be belâbre this Friday, April 29, all day. They will then go to Duadic May 6.
