11:49 : The director of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), Rafael Grossi, has arrived at the Ukrainian nuclear power plant in Zaporijjia, announces the Ukrainian operator Energoatom. The IAEA has repeatedly expressed its concern for the security of the site, which has been occupied for a year by Russian forces.

If Swedish membership is still blocked by Turkey and Hungary, the latter has ratified Finland’s entry into the alliance, and Ankara should do the same soon.
