The Habitat furniture brand, in great financial difficulty, was placed in compulsory liquidation, without maintaining its activity, Thursday, December 28, by the Bobigny commercial court, according to the decision consulted by AFP, confirming information of Release. As franceinfo learned on December 20, the judicial administrators of the Habitat group had requested this judicial liquidation, which is facing great financial difficulties. Created in 1964, the company specializing in home furnishings and equipment has 25 stores in France and employs 450 people. Habitat’s turnover increased from 100 million euros in 2019 to 80 million in 2022.
