Myriam Fehmiu will co-host the show The grocery store with Johane Despins next fall. She will succeed Denis Gagné who announced last winter that he would leave his position after 20 years.

In a press release issued by Radio-Canada on Monday, Myriam Fehmiu described The grocery store reference “. “Particularly in today’s economy, the show allows us to make informed choices both about food and to boost our enjoyment of the table,” she said.
Johanne Despins and Myriam Fehmiu will host their first show together on Wednesday, September 14 at 7:30 p.m. on ICI Télé, the public broadcaster has confirmed.
Before The grocery store, Myriam Fehmiu has been a host and columnist for TV5, TV5 Monde, Télé-Québec, MAtv, Voir and Savoir Média. On the radio, she has piloted several programs on ICI Musique, including A morning like no other and Rapophony.
Radio-Canada’s Director General of Information, Luce Julien, points out that The grocery store averages one million viewers each week on ICI TÉLÉ and ICI RDI.
