The Grignan Correspondence Festival, a cultural event to celebrate the epistolary art

Created in 1996the Grignan Correspondence Festival, aimed to celebrate a genre: correspondence, a literary field previously neglected which has been enjoying growing interest in recent years from readers, authors, publishers and comedians.

Since then, the Festival has shown what an inexhaustible source the correspondence feeds, at all times and in all countries.

Now directed by Eric-Emmanuel Schmittthe Grignan Correspondence Festival focuses on correspondence in all its formsfrom the most traditional to the most contemporary.

Place of discoveries, emotions, meetings of authors, actors, texts, visual artists, mixing several generations of artists and spectators, it offers, each year, a new program on a specific theme developed over the constantly enriched and diversified events. That of this 26th edition is the love letter!
