The Goxoak pastry shop in Biarritz cultivates gluttony

Thomas is a passionate pastry chef. At home, gluttony is everywhere, 5 years ago he opened his pastry shop in the heart of Biarritz. He offers his travel cakes, seasonal pies, chocolate sweets and for chocolate confectionery it is his dad who is a chocolate maker in Cauterets who is in charge of the production. In terms of flavors, he shares his finest recipes with the chef of the Hotel du Palais Aurélien Largeau who invites us to make a pissaladière at home, on a fine paste of caramelized onions, anchovies and black olives.
