Because it is already necessary to find guides. They are barely 2,000. The government wants to double their number within two years. The Ministers of Housing and Ecological Transition also promise to simplify the procedures to follow to benefit from MaPrimeRénov ‘. They are so complex that the government has created and refinanced the MonAccompagnateurRénov scheme. In a report published on October 17, 2022, the Defender of Rights denounced “serious recurring technical malfunctions” MaPrimeRénov’.

To simplify the procedures, the government plans to separate the system into two pillars with, on the one hand, small works such as the installation of a heat pump, and on the other hand, global renovations, for thermal strainer housing. .
