The government wants to make it mandatory
Last year, more than five million employees received a value-sharing bonus, for an average of 790 euros regardless of the size of the company. From the end of the year, the government wants to make the system compulsory for companies between 11 and 49 employees, if their profitsices represent at least 1% of their turnover three years in a row.
